10. That approval of the storm drainage system <br />be withheld until final design calculations have <br />been made and the developer has demonstrated to <br />the satisfaction of the City Engineer that the <br />system fully meets the requirements of this <br />development and all upstream areas intended to <br />be drained through this tract and that the <br />requirements of Alameda County Flood Control <br />District have been met. <br />11. That the Planning Commission allow a <br />modification of Article 7.04, Ordinance No. 358, <br />by approving the overlength cul-de-sacs previous <br />discussed in this report. <br />12. That the property line radius of the corners <br />at the intersection of Martin Avenue and West <br />Las Positas Blvd. be increased to 40 feet. <br />13. That all wells and septic tanks on the <br />property be properly sealed and abandon to City <br />standards prior to the start of grading operatio <br />on the tract development. <br />14. That a grading plan be submitted for appro <br />as a part of the tract improvement plans and <br />that a minimum grade for streets be set at .5% <br />unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br />15. That water supply be as follows: <br />With regard to fire flow for schools it shal <br />be 2,000 G.P.M. 76's. <br />With regard to residential it shall be <br />1,000 G.P.M. 75's. <br />16. That water supply construction shall be to <br />City of Pleasanton standards. <br />17. That the location and number of hydrants <br />shall be subject to review by the Fire Chief. <br />18. That Greenburg 75 and 76 or an acceptable <br />equal hydrant shall be used. <br />19. That with regard to access, street con- <br />figuration on Lethbridge, Ferndale, Whitehall <br />is substandard and is not acceptable as planned <br />on presentation.
