10. That approval of the storm drainage system be withheld until final design calculations have been made and the developer has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City Engineer that the system fully meets the requirements of this development and all upstream areas intended to be drained through this tract and that the requirements of Alameda County Flood Control District have been met. 11. That the Planning Commission allow a modification of Article 7.04, Ordinance No. 358, by approving the overlength cul-de-sacs previous discussed in this report. 12. That the property line radius of the corners at the intersection of Martin Avenue and West Las Positas Blvd. be increased to 40 feet. 13. That all wells and septic tanks on the property be properly sealed and abandon to City standards prior to the start of grading operatio on the tract development. 14. That a grading plan be submitted for appro as a part of the tract improvement plans and that a minimum grade for streets be set at .5% unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. 15. That water supply be as follows: With regard to fire flow for schools it shal be 2,000 G.P.M. 76's. With regard to residential it shall be 1,000 G.P.M. 75's. 16. That water supply construction shall be to City of Pleasanton standards. 17. That the location and number of hydrants shall be subject to review by the Fire Chief. 18. That Greenburg 75 and 76 or an acceptable equal hydrant shall be used. 19. That with regard to access, street con- figuration on Lethbridge, Ferndale, Whitehall is substandard and is not acceptable as planned on presentation. Turning radius does not allow use of court end.
