18. That the precise grading plan must be <br />submitted at the termination of the overflow <br />channel. <br />19. That the easement along the Southern <br />Pacific Railroad right-of-way for flood <br />control facilities remain in effect so <br />long as the flood control facilities now <br />existing there are required for protection <br />of this or other developments. <br />20. That the developer be reminded that <br />sanitary sewer service is not now available <br />to serve this area, that the time schedule <br />when the service would be available is <br />uncertain and that building permits for <br />homes in this development cannot be issued <br />until such time as capacity is available in <br />the V.C.S.D. Sewage Treatment Plant and <br />assigned to this development. <br />21.
