EXHIBIT "B" <br /> <br /> REIMER ASSOCIATES <br /> COST OF SERVICES INFORMATION <br /> <br />Professional and technical services of Reimer Associates are provided on <br />either a fixed fee, an hourly charge rate or a consulting basis as follows: <br /> <br /> FIXED FEE <br /> Where a definitive scope of work can be established, many of our clients <br /> prefer that a specific fee be agreed upon in advance. Billings are <br /> submitted monthly based upon percent complete as of the last accounting day <br /> of the month. <br /> <br /> Services which cannot be specifically defined, such as attendance at meet- <br /> ings, public presentations; and responses to agency review, are considered <br /> as additions to the fixed fee on the charge rate basis set forth below. <br /> <br /> CHARGE RATE <br /> 'Applicable to Plans Preparation, Design and Report services where the scope <br /> of work must remain open, Reimer Associates has set the following hourly <br /> charge rate basis for billing purposes. <br /> <br /> Production Aide . ~ ...................... $ 25.00 <br /> Technician - Technical Typist - Drafter ............... $ 30.00 <br /> Designer - Engineering Drafter or Aide - Word Processing ...... $ 40.00 <br /> Senior Drafter - Research Assistant ................. $ 4~5.00 <br /> Assistant Professional - Senior Designer - Computing Specialist . . $ 50.00 <br /> Staff Professional - Project Administrator ............ $ 5!5.00 <br /> Supervising Professional - Construction Manager ........... $ 62.50 <br /> Senior Professional - Production Manager .............. $ 70.00 <br /> Project Manager ................... ; ....... $ 8!5.00 <br /> Associate .............................. $ 88.00 <br /> <br /> Supporting Services <br /> Computing Access - Equipment and Software Library .......... $ 30.00 <br /> Plus Logged Processing & Plotting Time (Per Minute Rate) ..... $ 2.50 <br /> Outside Consultants - Cost plus 15% <br /> Reproduction, Printing and Travel - Cost plus 15% <br /> <br /> CONSULTANT FEE <br /> When the services of Principal, Senior Associate or Associate are primarily <br /> utilized in consultation, expert testimony, regulatory response or client <br /> representation the hourly charges will range from $90.00 to $200.00 depend- <br /> ing upon the expertise provided. The minimum charge for court appearance! is <br /> $1,500.00. <br /> <br />Interest Charges - Billings are net due and payable within 30 days of receipt <br />of monthly statements by our clients.
