Review shop drawings, samples and other
submittals required of the Contractor.

II. COMPENSATION

A. For the above professional services, the Landscape
Architect shall be paid a lump sum of $ 20,900.

All reimbursables which include postage, messengers,
zerox, phone calls, transportation, and reproduction
of report are included in the base fee.

III. OPTIONAL SERVICE

It is anticipated that an electrical consultant may be
needed if any lighting will be provided for the park for a
fee of $2,000. If the corten steel bridge is used to span
the creek, the services of a structural engineer should be
used to size the footings for a fee of $900.
