That a comprehensive soil investigation of <br />this area be made at developer's expense prior <br />to filing any Final P~iap, the purpose of which <br />would be to determine if any significant earth- <br />quake faults exist in the area, their exact <br />location and safeguards necessary to build <br />near them. <br />19. That developer be reminded that sewer capa <br />city in the V.C.S.D. treatment plant is not <br />now available to serve this development and it <br />is not known when such capacity will be availab <br />20. That final location and type of hydrant be <br />subject to the approval of the Fire Department. <br />21. That the culverts running under the fr <br />be fenced off or have grating installed to <br />prevent access from this area by juveniles. <br />22.
