8. That approval of the water supply and <br />distribution system be withheld until the <br />developer has demonstrated to the satisfaction <br />of the City Engineer that the proposed system <br />meets both the immediate and long-range requir <br />ments for supplying water in this area. <br />9. That approval of the storm drainage <br />system be withheld until final design calcu- <br />lations have been completed and the developer <br />has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the <br />City Engineer that the system fully meets the <br />requirements of this development and all <br />upstream areas intended to be drained through <br />this tract and that the requirements of Alameda <br />County Flood Control District and the Division <br />of Highways have been met. <br />10. That all existing wells on the property <br />be properly sealed and abandoned in accordance <br />with City Standards prior to the start of <br />demolition and grading operations. <br />11. That a grading plan be submitted as part <br />of the required improvement plans. <br />12. That all in-tract easements be granted <br />as public service easements with no reference <br />to specific use. <br />13. That the number, size and location of <br />fire hydrants remain subject to change pending <br />completion of a study of this matter by the <br />Fire Chief. <br />14. That the developer provide all the street <br />lighting facilities necessary to adequately <br />light the streets within and adjacent to this <br />tract and the linear park at the lowest <br />possible cost to the City and in accordance <br />with the method, City owned or P. G. & E. owne <br />that is commonly in use by the City of <br />Pleasanton at the time of approval of the <br />final map. <br />15. That electric power distribution and <br />communication service systems be placed <br />totally underground except for pad-mounted <br />transformers and above-ground splicing cabine <br />where necessary. <br />16. Access to the High School site by pedes- <br />trians be limited and subject to City approval <br />at the time of approval of the final developme <br />plans. <br />17. The treatment at the ends of the cul- <br />de-sacs shall be subject to City approval at <br />the time of approval of the final development <br />plans. <br />-2- <br />
