This section should not be less than 2 inches <br />A.C, over 5 inches A.B. <br />8. That a detailed site drainage plan be <br />submitted to and approved by the City Engin- <br />eer. <br />9. That the developer furnish "entrance <br />and exist only" and "keep to right" signs <br />as directed by the City Engineer. <br />10. That plans for any metered additional <br />waterlines be prepared by a registered <br />civil engineer and approved by the City <br />Engineer. <br />11. That any Mutual Benefit District fee <br />outstanding against this property be paid <br />to the City. <br />12. That a turn-around of 45' radius shall be <br />provided for at the east end of the parking <br />area. <br />13. That a 20 ft. fire lane shall be main- <br />tained in the parking area; this can be <br />provided for by: <br />a. Reducing island area in parking <br />area and placing parking strips adjacent <br />to island area. <br />b. "NO Parking" shall be posted in <br />fire lanes. <br />14. That an on-site hydrant shall be located <br />approximately 190 feet from the drive entrance <br />adjacent to the north edge of the parking <br />area . <br />15. That a minimum flow of 1500 GPM is <br />assigned for fire fighting purposes. <br />16. That detailed plans of the site will be <br />submitted to this department before final <br />approval is to be granted. <br />17. That requirements provided for portable <br />fire extinguishers as may be indicated by <br />detailed building plans. <br />18. That no other traffic access to any future <br />development on this site be through Mission <br />Drive; that when any future development takes <br />place, vehicular access to Mission Drive be <br />removed and all vehicular access be through <br />Mirador Drive or Junipero Street extension. <br />-2- <br />
