PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1216 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton approving UP-72-8. <br />WHEREAS, the application of the Pleasanton Joint <br />School District for a Conditional Use Permit <br />to allow the construction of a District <br />administrative office building to be located <br />on the District's school site off Mission <br />Drive, in the Mission Park development, <br />Pleasanton, California, has come before <br />this Commission, and <br />EREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing on <br />this application and has examined pertinent <br />maps, drawings and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the <br />i City of Pleasanton does hereby grant this <br />application subject to the following con- <br />ditions: <br />1. That all requirements as noted by the <br />Public Works and Fire Departments be adhered <br />to by the School District. <br />2. That the final construction plans of <br />the facilities be submitted to the City for <br />review and information. <br />3. That since the proximity of this office <br />building will be close to existing residences <br />that a precise landscaping plan noting types <br />of material, quantity and irrigation system, <br />be submitted for this department's approval. <br />In this same connection, it is the recommenda- <br />tion of this department that the architect <br />responsible for this project take into con- <br />sideration some proper means of protecting <br />or screening the existing family residences <br />in the area. <br />4. That a building permit survey in accord- <br />ance with Ordinance No. 387 be submitted. <br />5. That the street number be posted so as <br />to be easily seen and read from the street <br />at all times, night and day. <br />6. That the parking lot be graded at a <br />minimum of 1~ for proper drainage. <br />7, That the developer design a pavement <br />section for the parking lot taking into <br />consideration local soil conditions. <br />
