As shown in Table 5, the following study intersections will <br />not function within acceptable standards: <br />• Santa Rita Road &Stoneridge Drive <br />• Santa Rita Road & Valley Avenue <br />• Stanley Boulevard & Valley Avenue / Bernal Avenue <br />• Bernal Avenue & Valley Avenue <br />• Hopyard Road & Owens Drive <br />• Hopyard Road &Stoneridge Drive <br />Existing + Approved + Stanley Home Depot -Johnson Home <br />Depot Traffic Conditions <br />Existing plus approved traffic volumes were combined with Stanley Home Depot traffic <br />volumes and the Johnson Home Depot volumes were removed as seen in Figure 3. <br />With the closing of the Johnson store, it is assumed that the trip distribution of the <br />Stanley Home Depot will change as described earlier in the trip distribution section.
