Loading and/or unloading of vehicles of any type delivering materials or goods <br />shall be allowed only as follows: <br />a. Mondays through Thursdays - 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. <br />b. Fridays - 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. <br />c. Saturdays and Sundays -None <br />All delivery trucks shall use only the easternmost Stanley Boulevard driveway, <br />shall use the 105-foot diameter truck turn-around provided at southeast area of <br />the site, and shall exit the site at Stanley Boulevard. City Code Enforcement <br />and/or Police Department staff shall work together as necessary to achieve <br />compliance with this condition. <br />7. The applicant shall submit a Truck Delivery Monitoring Plan, subject to the review <br />and approval of the Planning Director prior to issuance of any on-site or building <br />permit for the shopping center. The monitoring plan shall address in detail how <br />the on-site monitor will control truck deliveries and loading/unloading of materials <br />and ensure that the conditions of approval pertinent to truck deliveries and the <br />loading/unloading of materials are followed. In addition, the monitoring plan shall <br />make provisions for the installation of a video camera showing date and time at <br />the easternmost Stanley Boulevard truck entrance to document that delivery <br />trucks and commercial vehicles are not entering the site during the times <br />prohibited in Condition Number 6. The monitoring plan shall include reporting <br />requirements to the City documenting the number of violations and how they are <br />being corrected. If the on-site monitor or other method is not successful in <br />bringing about compliance with this condition, planning staff, in consultation with <br />the property owner or its representatives, will devise an alternative method that <br />achieves compliance. <br />8. Regency partners, its successors in interest, or the property owners association <br />or similar entity by use of an on-site monitor or otherwise, shall be responsible for <br />ensuring that: <br />a. The haul route for all construction equipment and materials to/from this <br />development shall be via State Route 84 to Stanley Boulevard and shall be <br />subject to approval by the City Engineer prior to the issuance of an <br />encroachment permit. No construction traffic of any type may use Valley <br />Avenue and/or Bernal Avenue south of Nevada Court for any reason. <br />b. Construction trucks or vehicles shall enter the site, make deliveries of <br />construction equipment or material, or load/off-load construction equipment or <br />materials only as follows: <br />Mondays through Thursdays - 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to <br />10:00 p.m. <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />
