ATTACHMENT 1 <br />PUD-81-25-7M <br />Pleasanton Gateway Shopping Center/Home Depot <br />Exhibit B, Final Conditions of Approval <br />City Council <br />December 4, 2007 <br />All applicable conditions of Case PUD-81-25 and successive modifications shall <br />remain in full force and effect unless otherwise modified by the following <br />requirements. <br />2. This approval will lapse in one year from the date of approval unless a building <br />permit is issued for the development covered by these approvals and <br />construction has commenced and is diligently pursued toward completion or the <br />City has approved an extension. <br />3. The site development standards for this development shall be those shown on <br />the development plans, Exhibit "A", dated "Received December 5, 2006, " on file <br />with the Planning Department, except as modified by the conditions in Exhibit <br />~, E„ <br />4. Regency Partners, its successors in interest, or the property owners association <br />or similar entity shall be responsible for ensuring that all conditions of approval <br />pertaining to delivery times and routes are met. In addition, the property owner <br />or owners association and shall provide an on-site monitor who shall be <br />responsible for ensuring that all delivery trucks serving the shopping center shall <br />use only the designated delivery truck routes designated herein and that all <br />deliveries, loading, and unloading shall occur only during the designated times <br />and at the designated location. <br />5. All delivery trucks shall use only a route to/from State Route 84 and Stanley <br />Boulevard or, with the permission of the property owner, EI Charro Road to <br />Stanley Boulevard, and shall not use other Pleasanton streets. For purposes of <br />this approval, "delivery trucks" shall mean a truck tractor and asemi-trailer that <br />together have 18 (or more) wheels. "Commercial vehicles", i.e., trucks over three <br />tons but not delivery trucks, may use the City's designated truck route: Sunol <br />Boulevard to First Street to Stanley Boulevard. <br />6. Delivery trucks and commercial vehicles exceeding three tons delivering <br />materials or goods shall enter the site only as follows: <br />a. Mondays through Thursdays - 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 <br />p.m. <br />b. Fridays - 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. <br />c.
