9. That all driveway and parking areas be <br />paved with a minimum of 2" A.C. over 5" A.B. <br />10. That a property survey conforming to the <br />requirements of Ordinance No. 387 be prepared <br />and submitted to the City Engineer for <br />approval prior to the issuance of a building <br />permit for any new structure on the property. <br />11. That prior to any remodeling or con- <br />struction an on-site inspection by the Fire <br />Department be made. <br />12. That all structural changes require <br />the submittal of approved plans and the <br />issuance of a building permit. <br />13. That the electrical and plumbing <br />system be required to meet code minimums. <br />14. That the applicant not conduct any <br />professional consultant or counseling work <br />at said location. <br />15.
