PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1256 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton approving UP-73-8. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Mr. & Mrs. Terrell A. Bass <br />for a conditional use permit to allow the <br />operation of a preschool and kindergarten <br />in an RM-1500 (Multiple) District, said use <br />to be located at 883 Rose Avenue, Pleasanton <br />has come before this Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing on this <br />application and has examined pertinent maps, <br />drawings and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton does hereby approve <br />UP-73-8 subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the applicant provide 5 parking <br />spaces for the first phase of the project. <br />That the plan of said spaces be submitted <br />for review. <br />2. That the total number of parking spaces <br />for the entire project be 14. <br />3. That a more solid and substantial fence <br />be provided 6 ft. high at the rear and side <br />yards. <br />4. That the applicant adhere to the condi- <br />tions set forth by the State Department of <br />Social Welfare, Public Works Department, <br />Building Department and Fire Department. <br />5. That the architectural renovations or <br />color schemes for the existing building be <br />subject to the approval of the Planning <br />Director. <br />6. That curb, gutter, sidewalk and tie-in <br />paving as necessary be constructed across the <br />frontage of the property in conjunction with <br />the proposed remodeling. <br />7. That the street number be posted so as <br />to be easily seen and read from the street, <br />night and day. <br />8. That a drainage plan for the site be <br />approved by the City Engineer prior to the <br />issuance of a building permit. This drainage <br />plan should provide for draining the entire <br />site toward Rose Avenue with the drainage <br />being picked up on site and carried in pipes <br />under the sidewalks and into the street <br />gutter. <br />
