19. That all new lighting be constructed in <br />such a manner that glare is directed away from <br />surrounding properties and rights-of-way. <br />20. That a detailed on-site utility plan <br />be submitted to and approved by the City <br />Engineer prior to issuance of a building <br />permit. This plan should show all sewer, storm <br />drains, electrical, gas and telephone facilitie <br />necessary to adequately serve the development. <br />25.
