PLANNING COMMISSION Pleasanton, California RESOLUTION NO. 1284 A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton approving UP-74-3 and Z-74-23. WHEREAS, the application of the First Baptist Church of Pleasanton for a conditional use permit to allow a Sunday School building to be constructed and operated at 409 Vineyard Avenue, Pleasanton; the property being located in an RM-15 (Multiple Unit Residential) Zoning District and design review approval for said Sunday School building, has come before this Commission, and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has held a public hearing on this application and has examined pertinent maps, drawings and documents. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton does hereby approve said application subject to the following conditions' 1. That the design and location of the Youth Center be exactly as shown on the site plan, ~ Exhibit A on file with the Planning Department.i 2. That no more than one pine tree be re- moved for the construction of the sidewalk ~ to the Youth Center, or if additional removal is required, that the number be worked out j with City staff at time of construction of said Youth Center. 3. That the church agrees in a form satis- factory to the City Attorney to dedicate the right-of-way needed for the widening of First Street: said widening to be approximately four feet at the widest point as shown on the plan marked Exhibit C on file with the Planning Department. This condition is imposed because the Planning Commission hereby makes the findings that expansion of the church as shown on Exhibit C will create additional traffic on First Street which will increase the need for the widening of that street. 4. That the church agrees in a form satis- factory to the City Attorney to construct, or finance the construction, of street improve- ments across the undeveloped frontage of the church site at some future date to be deter- mined by the City.
