employee may incur a forty (40) hour deficit in vacation <br /> after six (6) months full time satisfactory service. <br /> <br />11.3 Vacation Allowance Regular Part-time Employees <br /> <br /> Regular part-time employees provided they average between <br /> twenty (20) and twenty-nine (29) hours per week, shall be <br /> entitled to vacation with pay as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) One (]) through four (4) years of continueus service - <br /> forty (40) hours. <br /> <br /> 2) Five (5) through ten (10) years of continuous service - <br /> sixty (60) hours. <br /> <br /> 3) Eleven (11) through eighteen (18) years of continuous <br /> service - eighty (80) hours. <br /> <br /> 4) Nineteen (19) years of continuous service and above - <br /> one-hu]~dred (100) hours. <br /> <br /> Regular part-time employees provided they average between <br /> thirty (30) through thirty-nine (39) hours per week, shall. be <br /> entitled to vacation with pay as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) One (1) through four (4) years of continuous service - <br /> sixty (60) hours. <br /> <br /> 2) Five (5) through ten (10) years of continuous service - <br /> ninety (90) hours. <br /> <br /> 3) Eleven (11) through eighteen (18) years of continuous <br /> service - one-hundred twenty (120) hours. <br /> <br /> 4) Nineteen (19) years of continuous service and above - <br /> one-hundred fifty (150) hours. <br /> <br />11.4 Vacation In Lieu of Holidays <br /> <br /> In exchange for the elimination of Admission Day and the two <br /> hour period between 1:00 P.M. and 3:00 P.M. on Good Friday as <br /> observed holidays as set forth in Section 10.2, each full time <br /> employee shall be credited with an additional twelve (12) hours <br /> of paid vacation leave on July 1st of each year. Employees who <br /> begin employment between July 2nd and September 9th (inclusive) <br /> shall be credited with eight (8) hours of additional paid <br /> vacation leave. Use of said paid vacation leave shall be in <br /> addition to the paid vacation leave permitted under Section <br /> 11.2. <br /> <br /> Eligible regular part-time employees averaging between twenty <br /> (20) and twenty-nine (29) hours per week shall be credited with <br /> an additional six (6) hours of paid vacation leave on July 1st <br /> each year. Eligible regular part-time employees averaging <br /> between thirty (30) and thirty-nine (39) hours per week shall <br /> be credited with an additional nine (9) hours of paid vacation <br /> leave shall be in addition to the paid vacation leave permitted <br /> under Section 11.3. <br /> <br /> - 17 - <br /> <br /> <br />
