Box 520 Pleasanton, CA 94566-0802 Proposal: Permitting, Wetland and Riparian Mitigation Plans, Preconstruction Surveys, Construction and Post-construction Monitoring, Bernal Bridge at Arroyo del Valle, Pleasanton Dear Huy: Thank you for the opportunity to present this proposal for continued biological and regulatory compliance services for the Bernal Bridge project. This proposal covers services through the first year of mitigation monitoring and reporting, with a continuation of monitoring and reporting for years 2-5 as an option, as you requested. This proposal covers the services detailed below. Services • Coordination with the Army Corps of Engineers (USAGE), Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), California Department of Fish and Game (CDFG) and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) on the permit applications and the mitigation sites, including assistance with assigning credit for the excess wetland/riparian area at the Mission Creek site to a future City of Pleasanton project; • Conceptual wetland mitigation design for Mission Creek mitigation site (complete); • Wetland delineation at the Mission Creek mitigation site; • Wetland and riparian mitigation plans for the Mission Creek site, with hydrologic analysis and development of the grading plans for wetland mitigation by Balance Hydrologics and LTD Engineering; • Riparian mitigation plan for Arroyo del Valle to restore the areas disturbed during bridge construction; • Biddable plans and specifications for the Arroyo del Valle wetland and riparian restoration plan and the Mission Creek wetland and riparian mitigation plan; • Preconstruction surveys at the Bernal Bridge and Mission Creek sites; • Construction monitoring at the Bernal Bridge site; City of Pleasantoniproposal7rev2
