FEES <br /> <br />This proposal and any resultant contract are subject to the prices, terms and conditions <br />contained in the attached Professional Services Contract and this proposal. Engineering and <br />field services will be billed at hourly rates and tests at unit rates. For the scope of work <br />outlined above, based on the estimated construction time generated from discussions with the <br />general contractor (Oliver de Silva, Inc.), the bridge contractor (Harris) and c~r experience an <br />similar projects, our fee will be approximately $39,300. We have presented an estimated cost <br />breakdown of the various tasks.
