CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-268 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF MICHAEL MARTINEZ ~ND <br /> THE KOLL COMPANY FOR DESIGN APPROVAL FOR A RESTAURANT <br /> COMPLEX LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF KOLL CENTER <br /> DRIVE AND KOLL CENTER PARKWAY (PUD-80-2-7D) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Michael Martinez and the Koll Company have applied for <br /> design approval for an approximately 6,879 sq. ft. <br /> restaurant complex, to be located at the southeast <br /> corner of Koll Center Drive and Koll Center Parkway <br /> (PUD-80-2-TD); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the <br /> development plan of the subject site (PUD-80-2) <br /> including the typical architectural and site designs for <br /> individual lots, and there are no changed circumstances <br /> or new information requiring additional environmental <br /> review; therefore, this application does not constitute <br /> a new project under CEQA and no new environmental <br /> documents accompany this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on June 16, 1987 and testimony <br /> taken concerning the proposed project including its <br /> design, cumulative impact, consistency with PUD-80-2 and <br /> the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is <br /> consistent with PUD-80-2 as well as the City's General <br /> Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of Michael Martinez and the <br />Koll Company for design approval for an approximately 6,879 sq. <br />ft. restaurant complex on an approximately one acre site located <br />at the southeast corner of Koll Center Drive and Koll Center <br />Parkway, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. That the development shall conform substantially to <br /> the plans and elevations on file with the Planning <br /> Department except as modified herein. <br /> <br /> 2. That the development shall be subject to all <br /> conditions of approval of Case PUD-80-2-2M. <br /> <br /> 3. That, if pad mounted, the transformer shown on the <br /> site plan shall be relocated to an area within the <br /> service court wall on the north side of the <br /> restaurant, the final location to be approved by <br /> <br /> <br />
