3.3 Term of Obligation. The obligations of CSS #112 under <br />Sections 3.1 through 3.2, inclusive, shall commence upon the date <br />of this agreement and shall continue throughout the term of this <br />agreement. <br />ARTICLE 4 <br />PERMISSION TO ENTER <br />The City hereby grants to .CSS #112 and its agents, employees, <br />and contractors permission to enter upon any real property within <br />the areas described in Sections 1.1, 2.1, and 3.1 through 3.3 <br />owned by the City or for which the City has been granted a public <br />service easement or temporary landscape easement, for the <br />purposes of performing any maintenance required under Sections <br />1.2, 2.2, and 3.1 through 3.3, provided that any and all <br />contractors employed by CSS #112 to perform any maintenance <br />required under Sections 1.2, 2.2, and Article 3 must obtain an <br />encroachment permit from the City, which the City shall issue <br />without charge to such contractor or to CSS #112: <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br />5.1 Maintenance District Contemplated. The City and CSS <br />#112 contemplate the possible establishment of a landscaping and <br />street lighting maintenance district (the "District") pursuant to <br />California law for the purposes of maintaining the landscaping, <br />street lighting, and other public improvements covered by this <br />agreement. <br />- 6 - <br />
