parties agree as follows: <br />1. No building permits will be issued within Parcel A, <br />Parcel Map 2293 prior to January 24, 1985. <br />2. The effect of this Agreement is to extend until <br />April 6, 1986 the time within which any or all of the four (4) <br />building permits can be obtained by Developer, without the <br />expiration of all or any portion of the sewer permits. <br />3.
