11. The owner/developer shall install an 8" (minimum), water line <br /> through and in the northerly driveways to connect the 8" <br /> public water main on the north side of the sanitary sewer <br /> lift station to the existing 12" water main in Koll Center <br /> Parkway This water line shall be a public main and be within <br /> a public service easement. The required on-site fire <br /> hydrants may take service from this line, subject to standard <br /> City requirements. <br /> <br />12.
