AMENDMENT TO LONG TERM AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> (STONESON DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION) <br /> <br /> This is an amendment to the Long Term Agreement between <br />Stoneson Development Corporation, Stoneson Associates, and the <br />City of Pleasanton entered into on September 13, 1983. This <br />amendment to the Long Term Agreement is made and entered into on <br />June 2, 1987 by and between the STONESON DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Owner", and the CITY OF PLEASANTON, a <br /> <br />municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as "City". Owner <br />and City agree as set forth below: <br /> <br /> RECITAL8 <br /> <br /> A. The Stoneson Development Corporation is the owner of a <br />13.41 acre parcel bounded by Pleasant Hill Road, Stoneridge <br />Drive, and Springdale Drive, which is known as Tract 4588. <br /> <br /> B. Pursuant to the September 13, 1983 Long Term Agreement <br />between Owner and City, Owner received growth management approval <br />for up to 200 apartments on Tract 4588, the "13 acre parcel" or <br />the Parcel. <br /> <br /> C. Owner later obtained planned unit development approval <br />for a 200 unit apartment complex on the parcel. <br /> <br /> D. Owner has currently valid building permits to build the <br />200 unit apartment project on the 13 acre parcel. <br /> <br /> - 1 - <br /> <br /> <br />
