CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-240 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING MODIFICATION TO LONG TERM AGREEMENT <br /> WITH STONESON DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the Modification to the <br /> Long Term Agreement between the City of Pleasanton and <br /> Stoneson Development Corporation, regarding disposition <br /> of sewer permits, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 2, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes EN~ETH~~/L~p~,/ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> K N R.
