Task 6.0--Prepare Cost Estimates <br /> <br /> Prepare 10 percent design level construction cost estimate, <br />estimated annual operation and maintenance costs, and detailed <br />design engineering costs. <br /> <br />Task 7.0--Develop Implementation Schedule <br /> <br /> Develop an implementation schedule defining key elements of <br /> <br />detailed design, bidding, and construction through startup and <br />owner acceptance. Estimate lead times for major equipment such as <br /> <br />pumps, fluid power units, electrical transformers and the like, in <br />order to identify prepurchase equipment requirements, if any. <br />Identify actions required by the City to implement the recommended <br />plan. <br /> <br />Task 8.0--Prepare Administrative Draft Predesi~n Report <br /> <br /> Prepare an administrative draft predesign report that <br />presents the results of the work performed under Tasks 1 through 7 <br />here in. Submit 5 copies of the Task 8.0 report to the City for <br />review. " <br /> <br />Task 9.0--Prepare Final Predesign Report <br /> <br /> Prepare a final predesign report that includes revisions to <br />the task draft predesign report based on City comments. Submit <br />10 copies of the Task 9.0 report to the City. <br /> <br />II.
