That hours of operation of the game room shall be as follows: Monday through Thursday 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.; Friday and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to Midnight; and Sunday 12:00 noon to 10:00 p.m. Adjustments to the hours of operation will require approval of the Director of Planning and Community Development. 5. That the applicant be aware that the use of the premises as a game room is an A3 occupancy type which requires at least two exit doors, panic hardware on all doors, signs, etc. and that the applicant should consult with the City Fire Marshal for further information and requirements. 6. That signs shall be posted at all seven entrance driveways to Valley Plaza and Mission Plaza, along both the Valley Avenue and Santa Rita Road frontages. Said signs shall state the enforcement of Section 21107.8 of the California Vehicle Code (CVC) on the subject premises, and shall be designed and sited as prescribed in the CVC. In the event that signs are not posted as required above, this approval shall become null and void. 7. That the applicant shall maintain bicycle racks in at least two parking spaces adjacent to the entrance to the game room. The layout of the bike rack area shall be subject to approval by the Planning Division. All bikes shall be stored in these racks at all times. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
