Ruby Hill, and other rules and regulations in accordance with the California Vehicle <br />Code. <br />SECTION 7. After the Ruby Hill Homeowners' Association installs the signage, <br />markings, and devices required by California Vehicle Code section 21107.7 and the City <br />of Pleasanton approves such installations, the Pleasanton Police Department is <br />authorized to enforce the California Vehicle Code on the roads within Ruby Hill. The <br />Ruby Hill Homeowners' Association shall maintain, at its own expense, the signs, <br />markings, and devices in accordance with the California Vehicle Code. <br />SECTION 8. Changes to traffic rules, regulations and traffic signs, markings, and <br />devices on the roads shall be at the discretion of the Director of Public Works. <br />SECTION 9. The enforcement of the California Vehicle Code shall be periodic <br />and at the discretion of the Police Chief, and the City shall not provide additional staff or <br />other city resources to enforce the California Vehicle Code within Ruby Hill. <br />SECTION 10.
