ARTICLE VII----Contractor further agrees to fulfill the <br />following: <br />a) Contractor shall indemnify, save and hold harmless from and <br />defend the City, members of the City Council and their <br />agents, servants and employees, against any and all claims <br />costs, demands, causes of action, suits, losses, expense or <br />other detriment or liability arising from or out of acts or <br />omissions of Contractor, its agents, subcontractors, <br />officials or employees, in connection with the execution of <br />the work covered by this contract or any amendment thereto. <br />b) Provide a Certificate of Insurance issued to the City of <br />Pleasanton from his insurance carrier providing proof of <br />Workers' Compensation and Policy Number. <br />c) Provide a Certificate of Insurance from his insurance <br />carrier showing the amount of Public Liability and Property <br />Damage coverage and naming the City of Pleasanton, its <br />officers, employees, and Agents as additionally insured. <br />Insurance coverage shall be in at least the following __ <br />amounts: <br />PUBLIC LIABILITY <br />General Bodily Injury - $1,000,000 Per Occurrence <br />F,i General Property Damage - $ 100,000 Per Occurrence <br />or <br />Combined Single Limit on Bodily Injury and Property <br />Damage Liability - $1,000,000 <br />AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY <br />Bodily Injury - $500,000 Per Person/$1,000,000 Per <br />Occurrence <br />Property Damage - $200,000 Per Occurrence <br />
