Resolution No. PC-2007-39 <br />Page Three <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Case PCUP-197, the application of Walter Friedrich, Pump It <br />Up, for a conditional use permit to operate a children's activity center to be <br />located at 530 Boulder Court, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit B, <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
