Site Research (History, Climate, Ecology, etc.) <br /> c. Preparation of Site Analysis <br /> <br /> 3. Program Development and Preparation of Alternative Schematic Plans <br /> <br /> a. Community Input/Public Hearings <br /> <br /> b. Based on community and staff input, preparation of alternate <br /> schematic plans for commission review and approval. <br /> <br /> <br />
