Recreational use areas; 3. Landform; 4. General landscape character. B. Prepare a conceptual budget analysis. C. Submit schematic design and budget data to City staff for review and comment. D. Incorporate requested revisions to schematic design and budget per Item C, above. E. Attend public hearing to present schematic design to area residents and neighborhood representatives for review and comment. F. Attend meeting with City staff (and neighborhood task force if necessary) to evaluate public response to schematic design. Phase III: Preliminary Design A. Refine and develop schematic design, incorporating recommendations f~Item II, F, above. B. Prepare an accurately scaled graphic presentation illustrating the park development, including: 1. Pathways and entry hierarchy; 2. Recreation facilities; 3. Grading and mounding; 4. Landscape planting; 5. Light fixture locations (if applicable); 6. Fencing and access control. 7. Sections (3) to demonstrate key development features. C. Prepare a preliminary opinion of probable const- ruction cost. D. Submit preliminary design package to City staff for review and comment. E. Incorporate requested/required revisions to pre- liminary design package per Item D, above. F. Attend public hearing to present preliminary design to area residents and neighborhood representatives for review and comment. G. Attend meeting with City staff (and neighborhood task force if necessary) to evaluate public comment and obtain approval to proceed.
