Prepare a schematic plan to illustrate design <br /> concept with respect to the following: <br /> <br /> 1. Circulation and access; <br /> 2. Recreational use areas; <br /> 3. Landform; <br /> 4. General landscape character. <br /> <br /> B. Prepare a conceptual budget analysis. <br /> <br /> C. Submit schematic design and budget data to City <br /> staff for review and comment. <br /> D. Incorporate requested revisions to schematic <br /> design and budget per Item C, above. <br /> E. Attend public hearing to present schematic design <br /> to area residents and neighborhood representatives <br /> for review and comment. <br /> F. Attend meeting with City staff (and neighborhood <br /> task force if necessary) to evaluate public <br /> response to schematic design. <br /> <br />Phase III: Preliminary Design <br /> <br /> A. Refine and develop schematic design, incorporating <br /> recommendations f~Item II, F, above. <br /> B. Prepare an accurately scaled graphic presentation <br /> illustrating the park development, including: <br /> <br /> 1. Pathways and entry hierarchy; <br /> 2. Recreation facilities; <br /> 3. Grading and mounding; <br /> 4. Landscape planting; <br /> 5. Light fixture locations (if applicable); <br /> 6. Fencing and access control. <br /> 7. Sections (3) to demonstrate key development <br /> features. <br /> <br /> C. Prepare a preliminary opinion of probable const- <br /> ruction cost. <br /> D. Submit preliminary design package to City staff <br /> for review and comment. <br /> E. Incorporate requested/required revisions to pre- <br /> liminary design package per Item D, above. <br /> F. Attend public hearing to present preliminary design <br /> to area residents and neighborhood representatives <br /> for review and comment. <br /> G. Attend meeting with City staff (and neighborhood <br /> task force if necessary) to evaluate public comment <br /> and obtain approval to proceed. <br /> <br /> <br />
