SECTION 6. The City of Pleasanton shall establish crossing zones, speed limits, yield <br />intersections, and stop intersections in Ruby Hill, and other rules and regulations in accordance <br />with the California Vehicle Code. <br />SECTION 7. The Ruby Hill Homeowners' Association shall purchase, install, maintain, <br />and replace, at its own expense, the signs, markings, and devices in accordance with the <br />California Vehicle Code. The Ruby Hill Homeowners' Association shall also pay for any related <br />traffic studies required by the Director of Public Works. <br />SECTION 8. After the Ruby Hill Homeowners' Association installs the signage, <br />markings, and devices required by California Vehicle Code section 21107.7 and removes all <br />signage, markings, and devices not in compliance with section 21107.7, and the Director of <br />Public Works approves the installation and removal, the Pleasanton Police Department is <br />authorized to enforce the California Vehicle Code on the roads within Ruby Hill. <br />SECTION 9. Changes to traffic rules, regulations, and traffic signs, markings, and <br />devices on the roads shall be at the discretion of the Director of Public Works. The Ruby Hill <br />Homeowners' Association shall pay for all changes to traffic signs, markings, and devices on the <br />roads, and all related traffic studies. <br />SECTION 10. The enforcement of the California Vehicle Code shall be periodic and at <br />the discretion of the Police Chief, and the City shall not provide additional staff or other city <br />resources to enforce the California Vehicle Code within Ruby Hill. <br />SECTION 11.
