MINUTES CITY OF PLEASANTON CITY COUNCIL MEETING October 16, 2007 CALL TO ORDER Mayor Hosterman called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Councilmember McGovern led the Pledge of Allegiance. Introductory Comments Councilmember McGovern announced the following upcoming events: Assembly member Alberto Trico will be holding a Town Hall meeting this Thursday, October 18, at the Pleasanton Senior Center; Thursday, October 18 at the Pleasanton Senior Center, ACTIA, Alameda County Transportation Improvement Authority, will hold a transportation forum on East County; The City's Teen and Youth Program will be hosting a Halloween Haunted House at the Amador Recreation Center, Foothill High School Band Review Parade will be held on October 27~h; and November 4"' is the date for the Annual Veterans Day Parade Roll Call Present: Councilmembers Cook-Kallio, McGovern, Sullivan, Thorne, Mayor Hosterman Absent: None City Attorney Michael Roush said the Council met in Closed Session and no reportable action was required. AGENDA AMENDMENTS Councilmember McGovern requested continuance of Item 6 and 7 on the Consent Agenda, stating her concern is not with the items themselves, but she felt it was important for the Council to have the minutes of the meeting in order to compare what was said at the meeting to what is being shown to the Council in the development agreement and conditions of approval for a PUD. CONSENT CALENDAR Administrative Services Approved regular and special meeting minutes of September 4, 2007, and regular meeting minutes of September 18, 2007 City Attorney 2. Approved Mobilehome Rent Stabilization and Related Agreements for Hacienda Mobilehome Park, Vineyard Mobil Villa, and Fairview Trailer Park Carole Perkins, addressed the City Council, asked the City Council to postpone its vote on the agreement as there was an addition to the agreement they have not agreed. Prior to the Council's approval, she asked that paragraph "d° be re-considered to remove the additional $11.
