- 2 - <br />9. That the developer agrees to participate in financing <br />the replacement of the drainage structure at the Hopyard <br />Road crossing of the Pleasanton Canal to the extent <br />determined by the City Engineer, further that the <br />developer is obligated to pay one-half of the cost of <br />Haleakala Drive crossing of Pleasanton Canal (structure <br />and roadway). <br />10. That in the areas where sidewalk is to be eliminaCed, <br />a strip 8 ft. in width be kept free and clear of trees <br />to provide space for sidewalks should they be desired <br />in the future. <br />11. That all existing wells on the property be properly <br />sealed and abandoned in accordance with City Standards. <br />12.
