That a property survey conforming to the require- <br />ments of Ordinance No. 387 be prepared and submitted <br />to the City Engineer for approval prior to the issu- <br />ance of a building permit for any new structure on <br />the property. <br />13. That prior to any remodeling or construction, <br />an on-site inspection by the Fire Department be made. <br />14. That the westerly wall of Building #2 be required <br />to be of two-hour fire resistive rating and that there <br />be no openings in it. <br />15. That the easterly wall of Building ~F1 be required <br />to be of one-hour fire resistive construction and <br />that the openings in the wall be of one-hour fire <br />rated assemblies. It is further required that the <br />furnace room be of one-hour construction. <br />16. That all structural changes require the submittal <br />of approved plans and the issuance of a building permit. <br />17. That the electrical and plumbing system be <br />required to meet Code minimums. ' <br />18.
