- 2 - <br />10. That the off-set in the alignment of Martin Avenue be <br />worked out to be more gradual, to the satisfaction of the <br />City Engineer. <br />11. That Fairlands Drive be 68 ft. in width with the <br />center divider continuous from the subdivision to the west <br />to Martin Avenue. <br />12. That the street shown as Martin Avenue and the <br />frontage road be given the same name. <br />13. That the loop street in the southwest corner of this <br />tract have a single name for its entirety. <br />14. That a list of street names for this tract be sub- <br />mitted to the Planning Director for approval prior to <br />submittal of a final map. <br />15. That all wells and septic tank on the property be <br />properly sealed, filled and abandoned prior to the start <br />of grading operations on the tract development. <br />16. That a grading plan be submitted for approval as a <br />part of the improvement plans. <br />17. That all lots adjoining the reverse corner lot shall <br />be subject to design review by the Commission as a whole <br />prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br />18.
