PLANNING COMMISSION Pleasanton, California RESOLUTION N0. 1059 WHEREAS, the application of Richard Gunther for a time extension for Tentative Tract -0k3161, has come before this Commission, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton hereby approves said time extension, subject to the following conditions: 1. That all in-tract easements be granted as public service easements with no reference to specific use. 2. That the number, size and location of fire hydrants remain subject to change pending completion of a study of this matter by the Fire Chief. 3. That the developer provide all the street lighting facilities necessary to adequately light the :?treets within and adjacent to this tract at the lowest possible cost to the City. 4. That electric power distribution and communication service systems be placed totally underground except Yor pad-mounted transformers and above-ground splicing cabinets where necessary. 5. That approval of the water supply and distribution system be withheld until the developer has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City Engineer that the proposed system meets both the immediate and long range requirements for supplying water in this area. 6. That approval of the sanitary sewer system be withheld until the developer has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City Engineer that the proposed system is adequate for the service area and generally meets the immediate and long range requirement of the sanitary sewer system in this and all tributary areas. 7. That approval of the storm drainage system be withheld until final design calculations have been made and the developer has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City Engineer that the system fully meets the requirements of this development and ail upstream areas intended to be drained through this tract and that the requirements of Alameda County Flood Control District have been met. 8. That the frontage road be increased in width to 60 ft. for its entire length with the face of curb on the freeway side being 10 ft. from freeway right-of-way. 9. That "Q" street be increased in width to 60 ft.
