That approval of the storm drainage system be <br />withheld until final design calculations have been <br />checked and the developer has demonstrated to the satis- <br />faction of the City Engineer that the system fully meets <br />the requirements of this development. <br />12. That all existing wells on the property be properly <br />sealed and abandoned in accordance with City Standards <br />prior to the start of grading operations in the area of <br />the wells. <br />13. That a modification of ordinance requirements be <br />granted for other instances of opposing street entering <br />upon a cross street without the minimum off-set between <br />centerlines as required by Article 7.06(1) of the <br />Subdivision Ordinance. <br />14. That Madeira Drive be reduced in width to 50 ft. <br />15. That Crellin Road be increased in width to 60 ft. <br />between Touriga Drive and Madeira Drive. <br />16. That the intersection of Vineyard Avenue and Touriga <br />Drive be flared to provide acceleration and deceleration <br />lanes. <br />17. That the easterly segment of Tawny Drive be given <br />a different name unless the two segments are in <br />continuous alignment. <br />18.
