11. That approval of the pavement design for t <br />private driveways be withheld pending submittal <br />of design calculations. <br />12. That the land,s taping of the north side of <br />the Frontage RoadAccomplished as landscaping <br />is installed in t"his development. <br />13. That the Frontage Road be improved with <br />sidewalks, street trees, street lights, drivewa} <br />approaches, street monuments, fire hydrants and <br />other facilities that may be necessary. <br />14. That the water system for fire protection <br />meet the standards of City design guide. <br />15. That the fire flow required shall be <br />1500 GPM. <br />16. That on-site hydrants be required. Locati <br />of these hydrants is subject to department <br />approval. <br />17. That the hydrants used shall be Greenburg <br />75 or 76, or acceptable equals. <br />18. To eliminate the necessity for an additio <br />on-site hydrant and turn around, the private <br />drive that runs parallel to Brockton and from <br />the circular planter toward the Frontage Road, <br />should be extended to the Frontage Road to <br />permit the use of the public hydrant and elimi <br />the otherwise necessary turn around. <br />19.
