25. That all wells and septic tanks on the <br />property be properly sealed, filled, and abandoned <br />prior to the start of draining operations on the <br />tract development. <br />26. That a grading plan be submitted for approval <br />as a part of the improvement plans and that the <br />minimum grade for streets or drives be set at .5~ <br />unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br />27. That approval of the pavement design for the <br />private driveways be withheld pending submittal <br />of design calculations. <br />28. That the landscaping of the north side of <br />the frontage road be accomplished as landscaping <br />is installed in this development. <br />29.
