8. That a list of street names for this tract <br />be submitted to the Planning Director for approval <br />prior to submittal of a final map. <br />9. That all wells and septic tanks on the <br />property be properly sealed, filled and abandoned <br />prior to the start of grading operations on the <br />tract development. <br />10. That a grading plan be submitted for approval <br />as part of the tract improvement plane and that the <br />minimum grade for all streets or drives be set at <br />.SY. unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br />11. That developer be permitted to eliminate <br />sidewalk on the north side of Avenue "A" between <br />the westerly boundary of the school site to the <br />westerly tract boundary, a distance of approximately <br />1050 feet. <br />12. That the developer be permitted to retain use <br />of the land dedicated for park use adjacent to the <br />S. P. R. R. right-of-way fora temporary floodway. <br />13. That developer restore this park land to a con- <br />dition acceptable to the City Engineer within 90 <br />days after the need for the temporary floodway has <br />been eliminated. <br />14. That developer provide full street improvements <br />across Chia park land described in condition`12 <br />within 90 days after the need for the temporary <br />floodway has been eliminated. <br />15. That the developer's obligation for street <br />improvements on Santa Rita Road extend to the <br />centerline of the S. P. R. R. right-of-way. <br />16. That the configuration of the park dedication <br />parcel as shown on the submitted map is acceptable. <br />17. That the developer would be given permission <br />to use park land parallel to the Southern Pacific <br />tracks for tributary Arroyo Mocho overflow channel. <br />18.
