8. That a list of street names for this tract be submitted to the Planning Director for approval prior to submittal of a final map. 9. That all wells and septic tanks on the property be properly sealed, filled and abandoned prior to the start of grading operations on the tract development. 10. That a grading plan be submitted for approval as part of the tract improvement plane and that the minimum grade for all streets or drives be set at .SY. unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. 11. That developer be permitted to eliminate sidewalk on the north side of Avenue "A" between the westerly boundary of the school site to the westerly tract boundary, a distance of approximately 1050 feet. 12. That the developer be permitted to retain use of the land dedicated for park use adjacent to the S. P. R. R. right-of-way fora temporary floodway. 13. That developer restore this park land to a con- dition acceptable to the City Engineer within 90 days after the need for the temporary floodway has been eliminated. 14. That developer provide full street improvements across Chia park land described in condition`12 within 90 days after the need for the temporary floodway has been eliminated. 15. That the developer's obligation for street improvements on Santa Rita Road extend to the centerline of the S. P. R. R. right-of-way. 16. That the configuration of the park dedication parcel as shown on the submitted map is acceptable. 17. That the developer would be given permission to use park land parallel to the Southern Pacific tracks for tributary Arroyo Mocho overflow channel. 18. That the precise grading plan must be sub- mitted at the termini tion of the overflow channel.
