CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-536 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING MODIFICATION OF HCD PROGRAM FUNDING <br /> FOR FISCAL YEAR 1987-88 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of December 1, 1987, Council reviewed the <br />report of the Director of Parks and Community Services <br />(SR 87:525) recommending use of unused HCD funds from <br />the Valley Community Health Center and the refund <br />following sale of the Alameda County Association for the <br />Mentally Retarded workshop property for the budget for <br />Kottinger Place to enable completion of several major <br />improvement projects; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the reallocation of approximately $74,000 in <br /> HCD funds to the budget for the Kottinger Place senior <br /> housing improvements for fiscal 'years 1986-87 ($25,000) <br /> and 1987-88 ($49,000). <br /> <br />Section 2: Staff is directed to reprogram the above noted HCD <br /> funds through Alameda County Housing and Community <br /> Development. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED DECEMBER 1, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~ <br /> K R.
