RESOLUTION NO. 87-534 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ORDER IMPROVEMENT IN <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1987-1 <br /> KOLL CENTER PLEASANTON <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br />This Council intends to order the acquisition of the <br />following completed improvements under the authority of the <br />Municipal Improvement Act of 1913: <br /> <br /> A. The construction of a new street called Koll Center <br /> Parkway. Beginning at Valley Avenue at a point <br /> approximately 600' north of Bernal Avenue. Thence in <br /> a curvalinear alignment in a south westerly direction <br /> approximately 1100', in a northerly alignment <br /> approximately 1300' and in an easterly alignment <br /> approximately 1500' to Valley Avenue by means of <br /> clearing; grubbing; demolition; grading; ditching and <br /> the installation of pavement; baserock; medians; curb <br /> & gutter; sidewalks; driveways; landscaping; <br /> irrigation; street signs; pavement marking; a street <br /> light system with appurtenances; a domestic water <br /> system with appurtenances including fire hydrants and <br /> services; a storm drainage system and appurtenances; a <br /> sanitary sewer system and appurtenances; and an <br /> erosion control system. <br /> <br /> B. The construction of a new street called Koll Center <br /> Drive beginning at Bernal Avenue at a point <br /> approximately 700' west of freeway 680 and extending <br /> approximately 300' northerly to Koll Center Parkway by <br /> means of clearing; grubbing; demolition; grading; <br /> ditching and the installation of pavement; baserock; <br /> medians; curb & gutter; sidewalks; landscaping <br /> including decorative entry walls; irrigation; street <br /> signs; pavement marking; a street light system with <br /> appurtenances; a domestic water system with <br /> appurtenances including fire hydrants and services; a <br /> storm drainage system and appurtenances; a sanitary <br /> sewer system and appurtenances; and an erosion control <br /> system. <br /> <br /> C. The improvement of the south side of the Arroyo del <br /> Valle from Valley Avenue to freeway 680 by means of <br /> clearing; grubbing; grading; bank stabilization; and <br /> the installation of landscaping; irrigation; walkways; <br /> accessways; "street furniture"; and a storm drainage <br /> system and appurtenances. <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> <br />
