Expansive and/or corrosive soils could adversely affect structures or property. b. Mitigation Measures. The Environmentally Superior Project's potential impacts due to slope instability will be mitigated to less-than-significant levels as the Environmentally Superior Project includes, as conditioned, requirements that Mitigation Measure F3a and Fab be implemented and through the implementation of the following specific actions: The project developer shall undertake a detailed, design-level geotechnical investigation and, based upon this investigation, shall submit adesign-level report with the tentative subdivision map that incorporates and further develops the conclusions and recommendations of the existing planning/development level geotechnical report and the comments and recommendations provided by the City's peer review geologist/geotechnical engineer.
