Commissioner Blank advised that according to Ms. Harryman’s reading of the <br />Commissioner’s Handbook, the Chairperson may solicit a motion and may only make a <br />motion if no other Commissioner made that motion. <br /> <br />Commissioner Narum noted that because she initiated the condition of approval for the <br />pavers contrary to previous Council action, she believed it would be appropriate to revisit <br />that issue She noted that she had not intended that nor understood that there was a <br />specific design or pattern that had been approved. <br /> <br />Commissioner Narum moved to reconsider Planning Commission Resolution <br />No. PC-2007-26 approving PDR-602, the application of Michael O’Callaghan for <br />design review approval to demolish the existing building at 725 Main Street and <br />construct a two-story commercial building in its place. <br />Chairperson Fox seconded the motion. <br /> <br />Commissioners Pearce and Blank stated that they could not support the motion. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Commissioners Fox, Narum. <br />NOES: Commissioners Blank, Olson, and Pearce. <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br />RECUSED: None. <br />ABSENT: None. <br /> <br />The motion failed. <br /> <br />4. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br /> <br />There were none. <br /> <br />5. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> <br />aPTR-7890, Kazuo and Takiko Hatsushi <br />. <br />Application for Tentative Tract Map approval for a 15-lot subdivision consisting <br />of 13 units, one existing unit, and one open space remainder at the properties <br />located at 2756, 2770, and 2798 Vineyard Avenue, in the Vineyard Avenue <br />Specific Plan Area. Zoning for the property is PUD-LDR (Planned Unit <br />Development – Low Density Residential) District. <br /> <br />Commissioner Blank complimented staff on the quality of this package. <br /> <br />Commissioner Blank moved to make the findings that the proposed Vesting <br />Tentative Subdivision Map is covered by the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific <br />Plan EIR and is consistent with the Pleasanton General Plan, to make the <br />subdivision map findings as stated in the staff report, and to approve Vesting <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES June 13, 2007 Page 5 of 29 <br /> <br /> <br />
