It is understood that wherever "extra work" is refer- <br /> enced in EXHIBIT "A", the scope, cost, schedule, and <br /> impact of the "extra work" shall be negotiated and com- <br /> pensated in accordance with ARTICLE 8: CHANGES of the <br /> AGREEMENT. <br /> <br />5. Effective Date: <br /> <br /> This AMENDMENT shall become effective immediately upon <br /> its execution by both parties. <br /> <br />6.
