FIRE SERVICE STUDY <br />Developer agrees to participate in the funding of a <br />study of the fire service requirements made necessary by the <br />praject and other major coirsr~ercial industrial projects in <br />order to maintain existing levels of fire service in accordance <br />with City's General Plan policies, said study being in <br />progress at this time. The Developer's share of the total <br />cost of the study shall be determined by the City P•Tanager, <br />but shall not exceed x'10,000.00. Developer .shall pay to the <br />City the Developer's share of the total cost within one (1) <br />month of notification by the City P~`anager of demand for <br />payment and the amount .thereof. The determination of such <br />share, in the event it is not made part of an assessment <br />district, shall be done on an equitable basis. <br />V. FIRE SERVICE REQUIREi~NTS <br />Developer agrees to participate in the financing of the <br />fire apparatus, manpower and other fire safety facilities <br />required to serve the project or made necessary due to :the <br />cumulative development of major commercial/industrial projects. <br />Fire apparatus, manpower and other facilities necessary <br />shall be those identified as required to maintain existing <br />levels of fire service in the above-mentioned study and as <br />deemed necessary by the City. Developer agrees to participate <br />in the funding of such apparatus, manpower and other facilities <br />in whichever manner best achieves the maintenance of existing <br />-5- <br />
