` ~ _ •` WHEREAS, a revised plan map for such freeway has been prepared showing the proposed plan of the STATE as it affects streets of the CITY, .and WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of the. parties hereto to enter into a new Freeway Agreement in accordance with the revised plan of said freeway; NOW, THEREFORE, iT IS AGREED: 1. This Agreement supersedes in their entirety said Freeway Agreements dated January i7, 1966;.and July 8, 1968, and supersedes those portions of said freeway Agreements dated October 30, 1964; October 28, 1965; February 15,.1966; June 6, 1968; March 4, 1975, and said Supplemental Freeway Agreement dated April 24, 1967, on Route 58O from the east city limit near Stacey Court to the west city limit near !as Palmas.Orive. 2. CITY agrees and consents to the closing of CITY streets:, relocation of CITY streets, construction of frontage roads and other local roads, and other construction affecting CITY streetsr all as shown on said plan map attached hereto marked Exhibit A, and made a part hereof by this reference. 3. STATE in the construction of said freeway will, at STATE's expense, make such changes affecting CITY streets in accordance with the plan map attached hereto marked Exhibit A, except that at Santa Rita Road and Hacienda Drive the construction. cost for the interchange modification and the new interchange and the auxiliary .lanes extending west to Routes 6801580 interchange shall be borne by locally obtained funds.
