XIV. NOTICE <br />All notices herein required shall be in writing and delivered in person or sent by first <br />class mail, postage prepaid. Notices required to be given to City shall be addressed as follows: <br />City Manager <br />City of Pleasanton <br />123 Main Street <br />P.O. Box 520 <br />Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br />Notices required to be given to Park Owner shall be addressed as follows: <br />Daniel Guggenheim (Vineyard Mobile Villa) <br />100 Newport Center Drive <br />Suite 220 <br />Newport Beach, CA 92660 <br />The Park Owner may change such address by notice in writing to the City and thereafter notices <br />shall be addressed and transmitted to the new address. <br />XV. NO RETALIATION <br />There shall be no retaliation against any participant in the proceedings leading up to this <br />Agreement nor shall there be any retaliation against any person who exercises rights pursuant to <br />this Agreement. <br />XVI. ATTORNEY'S FEES <br />In the event that it becomes necessary for any party to bring a lawsuit to enforce any of <br />the provisions of this Agreement, a court of competent jurisdiction may determine and fix a <br />reasonable attorney's fee to be paid the prevailing party. <br />XVII. BINDING ON SUCCESSORS <br />This Agreement is binding on the heirs, successors, and assigns of the parties hereto. <br />XVIII. AMENDMENT <br />This Agreement may be amended, modified, or changed by the parties if in writing and <br />approved by all parties. <br />8 <br />
