7. That the applicant be responsible for reconstruction of the <br /> median located in Chabot Drive to create an 8' wide planter <br /> in addition to two left hand turn pockets. The final design <br /> of this work shall include tree and shrub planting in <br /> conjunction with irrigation and shall be designed to the <br /> satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />8. That the applicant be responsible for its pro-rata share of <br /> the interim street improvements at the intersection of Santa <br /> Rita Road and Pimlico Drive and the intersection of the WB <br /> 1-580 off-ramp and Tassajara Road, as determined by the City <br /> Engineer. Payment of this pro-rata share shall be made when <br /> directed by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />9.
